Do I need to provide content?

You know your business better than anyone. I'll help you organize it. I send a simple content guide that tells you exactly what I need, page by page. If you want help writing, that's an add-on we can discuss.

What if I already have a domain?

No problem. We'll connect your existing domain to the new site. If you need a new one, hosting and domain are included in every package.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. Every site comes with an admin panel so you can edit text, update hours, add photos, or swap out content without touching any code.

What happens if I want to leave?

Your domain is yours. I'll transfer it to you with no strings attached. You're not locked into anything.

Do you work with businesses outside Pittsburgh?

Absolutely. The entire process is remote-friendly: discovery call on Zoom, file sharing via Google Drive, reviews by video or email. Location doesn't matter.

How long does it take?

Most projects launch within 2 to 4 weeks from the deposit. The biggest variable is how quickly you get me your content. The faster you're ready, the faster we launch.

What do you need from me to get started?

Three things: your logo (or we discuss options), your content (text and photos), and a deposit. I'll send a checklist after the proposal is accepted.
